As with another reviewer, any school / course with the word Animation attached to it will be more physically demanding. Poses as short as 15 – 30 seconds, on going. Also any long pose standing Contrapposto where your weight is off-balance can be a challenge. I’ve modeled for the VFS on Cordova. A good platform, heaters, and props. There’s usually a 15 break halfway into a 3 hour class. I like it when the instructor lectures or gives a lesson. That’s when I can rest. I vary my poses with a mix of standing, sitting, and semi-reclining. Animation schools are a work-out for sure! As such, these schools can pay more…
